Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by BLC Web Studio, owned and operated by Bianca L. Creations LLC, located in Ashburn, VA. By working with BLC Web Studio, you (“Client”) agree to the following:

1. Scope of Work

BLC Web Studio provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

  • Web design and development

  • SEO

  • CRM integrations and automations

  • Branding and content creation

  • Social media and ad strategy setup

  • Technical consulting

Specific deliverables and services will be outlined in individual project proposals or invoices.

2. Payments

All projects require a minimum 50% upfront payment to begin. The remaining balance is due upon final approval or before publication launch, unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Late payments may result in project delays or account suspension. Ownership and rights to deliverables remain with BLC Web Studio until the full payment is received.

3. Revisions

Revisions are offered at the discretion of BLC Web Studio and will be defined based on the client and scope of the project. Any additional requests outside of the original scope may incur extra charges.

4. Turnaround Time

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and assume prompt client communication and material submission. Delays in feedback or content provision will extend delivery times.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide all requested content, approvals, and assets in a timely manner. If no feedback is received for 15 days, the project may be placed on hold. Inactivity over 30 days may result in closure or reactivation fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All original work created by BLC Web Studio remains the property of BLC Web Studio until full payment is received. After final payment, ownership of finalized designs and website files is transferred to the client.

7. Use of Work for Portfolio

BLC Web Studio reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless explicitly denied in writing by the client.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

If the client cancels a project after work has begun, no refunds will be issued. A kill fee may apply depending on the stage of the project. Incomplete or abandoned projects after 30 days of client inactivity may be closed without refund.

9. Liability

BLC Web Studio is not liable for any loss, damage, or downtime caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or client modifications. Clients are responsible for maintaining their hosting, domains, and platform compliance.

10. Changes to Terms

BLC Web Studio may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
